Shipping and Billing Policy:
* All orders are GUARANTEED to ship within one business day. Orders after 12:01 PM PST are not considered for that working day.
* We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. There will be no surcharge for the use of credit cards and your card will be billed only after one or more of the products ordered have been shipped.
* We will only ship to billing addresses! NO EXCEPTIONS!
* Orders with non-matching billing addresses will not be processed.
* We do not ship C.O.D.
* We track all IP addresses and report fraudulent activity. Please keep in mind, credit card fraud is a Federal Offense.
* A confirmation e-mail with a tracking number is sent when package has been shipped. Current shipment status can be checked with Fedex at (800)463-3339 or at www.fedex.com. Tracking information is available 24 hours after package has shipped.
* Cashier checks, money orders, company/personal checks, and Paypal payments are also acceptable means of payment (payments by check or money order will require 7 days to clear). For orders with payment by check or money order, please proceed through the ordering process until a credit card is required. Please have this page printed out and mail to the following address. Or if you are paying through PayPal, please also follow the instructions above and send payment to us at info@AirsoftEZone.com with the order details included in the comment section of your payment.

* Orders paid by means other than a credit card are subject to product availability change while your payment is in transit or funds are being cleared and E Zone.com Corp. cannot reserve product or guaranty continued availability.
* All checks returned unpaid will be subject to a $25.00 fee charged to you.
International Orders:
* E Zone.com Corp. accepts international order. However, our program cannot caculate international shipping charges automatically at this point in time. So we will contact you and let you know suitable shipping method and charges after we receive your order. The order will be processed only when you accept and confirm with us by email. All payments must be paid in U.S. dollars.
Privacy Policy:
* Your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We use safe, secure technology and other privacy protection programs to keep your personal information secure while you are shopping on AirsoftEZone.com.
Return and Replacement Policies
All items can be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days from date of purchase.
The following terms and conditions will apply:
1. Return of non-defective products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee on
cost.
2. All returns are required to be labeled with an RMA (Return Merchandize
Authorization) number, which has to be obtained from our returns department
prior to you sending the product back to us.
3. RMA numbers are valid for ten days only and product must reach the returns
warehouse address specified by us before then.
4. Each item to be returned will need a unique RMA number. Products sent back
without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted.
5. Any package received without an RMA number on the label will be returned to
you.
6. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. When applicable, credit will be issued one week after the return of a
product. The amount of credit will be calculated based on the cost of item
effective on the date the returned product reaches our warehouse.
8. Defective products can be returned for replacement for the same product,
without a restocking fee being assessed. The return shipping is at the
customer's expense. Upon receipt of the returned defective product by our
warehouse personal, E Zone.com Corp. will ship the replacement product to you from our
facility. There is no additional shipping charge incurred by the customer for
this third leg of the process.
